Heaven for Breakfast

mmmm....let me know how ya like it!

I first had this at LeAnna's baby shower that was at my house.  Of course, it was just as good as it sounds and looks.  I made it for Curt and I about 2 weeks later.  Then I had it at my baby shower!  It's definitely a crowd pleaser!  Thanks goes out to LeAnna for introducing me to this AH-MAZING dish!


Stuffed French Toast Casserole

1 1/2 cinnamon bread
1 t. cinnamon
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
12 eggs
2 C. milk
1 T. sugar
2/3 C. maple syrup
Spray 13X9 pan with non-stick spray.  Cube bread and put half in the pan.  Cover with cream cheese.  Mix in sugar and cinnamon.  Sprinkle cream cheese with half of the sugar mixture.  Cover with remaining bread.  Mix eggs, milk, and maple syrup together and pour over bread.  Sprinkle top with remaining sugar mixture.  Cover and refridgerate over night.  Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
*If you shake the pan and the bread jiggles, bake a little longer
