Roper weighs between 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 pounds. Dr. Turner said on Monday she thinks he is probably around 3 pounds and is about 16 inches long! He continues to gain weight at a faster pace than he lengthens, which will give him those cute chubby cheeks. He is about to run out of room as he puts on weight. Studies say that I should feel about ten kicks an hour...and oh do I! He is moving around quite a bit in there! His arms, legs and body are also filling out as he continues to develop fat underneath his skin, making those kicks and prods feel even stronger than last week. I keep watching to see if I can spot an arm or a foot move slowly across my belly but nothing so far! Studies also show that sleep is something I should have a problem with but honestly, I think I'm sleeping better as a pregnant person than I was pre-pregnancy. Maybe just because I'm exhausted at the end of the day but regardless of the reason...I'll take good sleep any way I can get it!
