Week 32 {Sigh}

I'm a little discouraged as I write this weeks blog post.  I have mentioned several times that I feel like my pregnancy has been hands down amazing!  With that being said, we've hit a speed bump.  The nursery floor has flooded and although I know it's a simple set back, at 32 weeks pregnant, it seems like a MONSTER set back!  Curt and his dad, John, ripped up the carpet last night and we've had people come check out the damage this morning.  First step:  Find the problem and fix it...PRONTO!  I'm really trying my best not to stress and like my mom and John have both said see the positive in all of this: at least it has happened before Roper makes his debut!  So maybe it is a blessing in disguise I just hope I can keep telling myself that while everything is being fixed!

Roper has been ridiculously active here lately.  Every time I feel him move I immediately yell for Curt to feel and of course that's when Roper decides to move!  I have been able to really feel him on the outside of my belly and it's AWESOME!  I wish I knew which body parts of him I'm feeling!  He seems to be staying more on the right side of my belly.  Maybe that's his "comfort" zone?!?

Anyhoo...on to our weekly update!  Measuring roughly 16.5 inches long, he now weighs about 4 1/2 pounds! And from this week, until 2 weeks before birth, he will gain about a half pound every week.
He is sleeping approximately 90 to 95 percent of the day which is hard for me to believe because I feel like he moves around 90 to 95 percent of the day!  Most of his wrinkles are disappearing, especially on his face, as more fat is deposited under his skin. His hair is becoming thicker with each passing week.  Our last 3D/4D sonogram our tech said she could see a few strands of hair!  I hope it's curly!!  :)  He will also begin to settle in the head-down position which is good and we hope that he stays head down!!
