Week 16

Watch what you say...tiny bones forming in baby's ears mean the little one can now pick up your voice.  Eyebrows, lashes, and hair are starting to fill in, and taste buds are forming.  And, if you're interested, an ultrasound might be able to determine the gender.

We get to find out what baby H is in only TWO weeks from today!!!  AHHH!!!  Who's more excited?!?!?  ME?!?!  CURT?!?!?  OUR FAMILIES?!?!  EVERYONE!!!  Curt and I are planning a little reveal party for the fam on that Tuesday night.  We are also thinking about waiting and finding out the results along with our families.  I don't know if I can wait all day or not but then again what's another few hours when we have waited 18 weeks?

In other news...yes there is a whole world out there happening that isn't revolved around BH...I'm a member of the Saltillo Jr. Women's Club.  We are hosting our 2nd Annual Jogging for the Jungle 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run on March 26!  I'm really proud of this run and excited we are doing it again.  Hopefully this will be something that stays around for a while!  Below is a little info about the race.  If you are interested I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have!  :)

$20 before or on March 1/$25 after March 1 and day of event
Tech-T's included in registration fee while supplies last
12 age groups; 3 deep in each age category
Overall male and female winners
1 mile fun run immediately following 5k for kids 10 and under

*THIS EVENT WILL OCCUR RAIN OR SHINE. IN THE EVENT OF EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES THE SJWC HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE EVENT. IF A SITUATION ARISES THAT THE EVENT SHOULD BE CANCELED THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. INSTEAD, YOUR REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE A DONATION TO THE WOMEN'S CLUB.
